Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to initiate the return. The customer can easily self ship to our US warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will inspect the items and refund after receiving the return package.

International Returns
For returns from countries except USA, the customer will self ship to either our India or US warehouse. The process to initiate a return is same as above.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For return request of damaged items, please attach a clear PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO; otherwise items will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We DO NOT accept returns on "Clearance", "Made to Order" and "Custom" items. All sales are final. Items are eligible for return only if damaged or wrong items were delivered.
Exchanges
We DO NOT offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No refunds are offered on shipping charges.
