How can I track my order?

We will email you with the tracking number once your order ships from our warehouse in USA. 

Can you gift wrap my order?

At this point we do not provide gift wrapping services, however please create an account with us to get regular updates.

What happens when my item is backordered?

Items are not backordered at this point.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon placing the order. 

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. The URL for our site starts with 'https'—instead of just 'http'. An icon of a locked padlock will appear, typically to the left of the URL in the address bar or the status bar down below; it depends on your browser. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.

 

Shipping, Refund, Cancellation

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after approval.

Can I cancel an order?

We cannot guarantee order cancellation, however please reach out to us at customerflw@gmail.com within 12 hours of order placement to inquire if cancellation is possible. 

What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?

Please reach out to us at customerflw@gmail.com after 7 business days have passed from your order confirmation date to enquire about the shipment.

How do I ship to an international address (outside USA)?

We do not support international shipment at this time.
